These terms and conditions cover various aspects of engaging with Green Signal Driving Academy:
1. Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to give 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson booking, and failure to do so may result in a fee. No shows will incur the full lesson cost.
2. Payment: Payment is to be made at the beginning of each session directly to the instructor.
3. Prepaid lessons are credited for up to 12 months from purchase date and not Valid after that.
4. Termination of Lesson: Green Signal Driving Academy reserves the right to terminate a lesson if the client’s behaviour warrants it, such as reckless behaviour, failure to comply with instructions, or suspicion of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, the full fee for the lesson and/or test will be required.
5. License Responsibility: Clients must hold a current Australian driving license or equivalent overseas license and carry it during lessons.
6. Liability for Traffic Infringements: Green Signal Driving Academy does not accept responsibility for traffic infringement notices incurred while students are driving.
7. Lesson Rescheduling: The school reserves the right to reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances
8. Vehicle Damage Responsibility: Learners using an instructor’s vehicle for any driving assessment are responsible for the cost of any repairs relating to damage caused or the insurance excess applicable.
9. Photograph Use: Learner drivers accept that Green Signal Driving Academy may collect and use photographs for marketing purposes.
10. These terms aim to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between the driving school and its clients regarding their rights, responsibilities, and liabilities.
